TTP: Resolution on dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Tan Tien Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company (TAPACK) unanimously resolved:

Article 1:  To make the second dividend payment for 2009 in cash and at 10% (VND1,000/share).

Record date: May 10, 2010.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from April 19, 2010.
