SNG: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Song Da 10.1 JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Operating result 2009:
- Turnover: VND 200.236 bil
- Revenue: VND 178,794 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 24.7 bil

- Profit before tax: VND 30.108 bil
- Dividend payment: 20%

- Bonus to the management and assistants of BOD: VND 300 mil
- Charity donation: VND 200 mil
