- Mr. Tran Van Tuan has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 26/4/2010

- Mr. Hoang Van Anh - Director - cum - General Manager, has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 26/4/2010

- Assigned Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh to be Director to AGM 2010.
