- Mr. Chu Thanh Hai has been appointed Deputy General Manager with effect since 3/2/2010.

- Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Nga has been appointed Chief of Accounting Dept with effect since 3/2/2010

-  Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Nga has been appointed Information Disclosure Officer in place of Mr. Chu Thanh Hai with effect since 20/4/2010.
