PVE: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
Petrovietnam Investment Consultancy and Engineering JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 6/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

- Profit before tax: VND 17.54 bil
- Profit after tax: VND 14.71 bil
- Dividend payout ratio: 12%
3. Profit distribution plan for 2009:
Total distributed profit: VND 15,041,704,859
- Dividend payment: 12% VND 9,541,440,000
- Financial Provision Fund: 10% VND 1,504,170,485
