SNG announces the notice of record date for dividend and share issue as follows:

+ For T+3 transactions: 21/4/2010

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009 in cash and share issue for outstanding shareholders

1. Dividend payment 2009 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 25% (Shareholders receive VND 2,500 for every 1 share they own).

+ Exercise date: 28/5/2010

2. Share issue for outstanding shareholders

+ Exercise rate: 1:1 (Shareholders receive 1 new shares for every 1 share they own).

The unsold shares will be issued for Collegue of Song Da 10.1 JSC at VND 15,000/share.
