PVE announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Petrovietnam Investment Consultancy and Engineering JSC

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 28/4/2010

- Ex-date: 26/4/2010

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 12% (Shareholders receive VND 1,200 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 20/5/2010

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Accounting Dept, PVE, 8th Floor, CT Plaza, 60A Tuong Son, Ward 2, Tan binh District, HCM on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
