PHT: The BOD’s resolution

Phuc Tien Trade-Manufacture Joint Stock Company (PHT JSC) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Quoc Su as from March 10, 2010.

Article 2: Approving appointment of a new member in the BOD and will submitting to the next shareholders’ meeting.

Article 3: The resolution is valid as from March 23, 2010.
