PGD: Decision on the 2nd dividend payment of 2009
Petrovietnam Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company decided to make the second dividend payment of 2009, as follows:
* Stock symbol: PGD
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND10,000/share
* Record date: April 15, 2010
* Payment method: in cash
* Payment ratio: 15%/share (VND1,500/share)
* Payment date: May 4, 2010
* Place of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At branches of Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated (PSI).
- Founding shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Petrovietnam Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing, April 2nd 2010.
