APC: Announcement of Dividend Payment & New Offering
An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Company announced the record date for the first payment for the 2009 dividend:
- Stock symbol: APC
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Ex-right date: April 16, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on April 16 & 17, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)
- Record date: April 20, 2010
1. Paying cash dividend for 2009:
- Exercise ratio: 25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share)
- Payment date: June 15, 2010
2. Issuing shares to the existing shareholders:
- Exercise ratio: 4:1
- Offer volume: 2,160,000 shares
- Offer price: VND10,000/share
- The undistributed shares and fractional parts (If any) will be offered to the Company’s employees.
- The number of shares bought buy each shareholders will be rounded down.
- For example, if shareholders Nguyen Van A owns 115 shares, the calculation is: 115:4 = 28.75 shares. After rounded down, the number of shares he is allowed to buy 28 shares at par value. 0.75 share will be offered to the Company’s employees at a price appropriate to the price offered to the existing shareholders.
- Rights to buy new shares are transferred only once at the price agreed by 2 partners and not done again to the third one.
- Time to transfer the rights: from May 05, 2010 to June 02, 2010
- Time to register to buy and deposit money: From May 05, 2010 to June 04, 2010
- Expected listing date: July 5, 2010
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Company from June 15, 2010 to June 25, 2010.
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
