MCG: The BOD’s decision of contributing capital

Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company (MECO JSC) has announced the BOD’s decision as follows:

Article 1: Approving the capital contribution in EVN International with 120 billion dongs (5% charter capital of EVN International)

Article 2: Appointing Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Binh – the Chairman of the BOD as a representative for the capital contributed in EVN International.

Article 3: The decision is valid as from April 17, 2010.
