Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company announced the second dividend payment for 2009 as follows:

* Stock symbol: MCG

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND 10,000     

* Ex-right date: May 07, 2010

* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 07 & 10, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: May 11, 2010

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

* Payment date: May 28, 2010

* Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company from May 28, 2010 to June 18, 2010.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for MCG on May 10, 11 & 12, 2010.
