LIX: The BOD’s resolution of a personnel change

Lix Detergent Joint Stock Company (LIXCO) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Hung from a Deputy CEO as from April 01, 2010 because of his health.

Article 2: Assigning the CEO to implement processes for Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Hung as from April 01, 2010.

Article 3: Members of the BOD and the CEO have to implement the resolution.
