LAF: Resolution on the 2nd dividend payment of 2009 & new offering

Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company announced resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors was unanimously to make the second dividend payment for 2009 in cash:

* Exercise ratio: 6%/par value (VND600/share)

* Record date: May 12, 2010

* Payment date: June 2, 2010

Article 2: The Board of Directors decided the record date to close shareholder list as follows:

- Record date: May 12, 2010

- Time to transfer rights: From May 28, 2010 to June 23, 2010.

- Time to register and deposit money to buy shares: From May 28, 2010 to June 25, 2010.

Article 3: The Directorate was authorized to implement this resolution.

Article 4: This resolution takes effect from April 21, 2010.
