LAF: Personnel changes

Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company (LAFOOCO) has announced personnel changes approved by the BOD as follows:

Article 1: Approving members appointed as Deputy CEOs:

- Mr. Le Huu Phuong – a Standing Deputy CEO

- Mr. Chau Van Duc – a Deputy CEO

- Mr. Doan Van Dong – a Deputy CEO

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Dung – a Deputy CEO

Article 2: The Deputy CEOs has function, power and obligation as the company’s regulation and assignation of the CEO.

Article 3: The decision is valid as from March 28, 2010.
