ST8: Personnel change

Sieu Thanh Joint Stock Corporation (SJC) has announced personnel change as follows:

* Approving a resignation of Mr. Lam Quoc Kim from a Member of the BOD.

* The resignation is official as from May 01, 2010.

* Appointing Mr. Tran Thanh Truc Son – Former Head of the Supervisory Board as a Member of the BOD to replace Mr. Lam Quoc Kim.

* The appointment will be submitted to the shareholders’ meeting to approve.
