ITC: BOD Resolution on the price of newly-issued shares

Investment & Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company (INTRESCO) announces the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to offer 23,028,896 shares to the existing shareholders at a ratio of 1:1 and at VND22,000/share. Time of implementation is after the date of receipt of Issue License of the State Securities Commission.

Article 2: Members of the Board of Directors and the Director General have responsibility for implementing this resolution.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from April 15, 2010.
