HOSE announces the record date to pay the 2009 dividend of Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company:
* Stock symbol: ACL
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: April 21, 2010
* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on April 21 & 22, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)
* Record date: April 26, 2010
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/share)
* Payment date: May 21, 2010
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company; Add: 90 Hung Vuong St., My Quy Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province.
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for ACL on April 22, 26 & 27, 2010.
