* Par value: VND 10,000

* Ex-right date: May 04, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 04 & 05, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.) 

* Record date: May 06, 2010

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 13%/ par value (VND1,300/ share)

* Payment date:   May 20, 2010

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At the Accounting & Auditing Department of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (Floor 5, Gemadept Building, 2bis –  4 – 6  Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe, District 1, HCMC) from 05/20/2010 to 07/20/2010.

Please submit ID and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DPM on May 05, 06 & 07, 2010.
