HOSE announces the record date for the second dividend payment in cash for 2009 of Saigon General Service Corporation:

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND 10,000

* Ex-right date: May 04, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 04 & 05, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.) 

* Record date: May 06, 2010

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/par value (VND1,000/ share)

* Payment date: May 21, 2010

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Saigon General Service Corporation. Address: 68 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, Dist.1, HCMC.
