CTM: Notice of record date for seasoned issue
CTM announces the notice of record date for seasoned issue as follows:
- Issuer: VINAVICO investment, construction and mining JSC
- Stock code: CTM
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 29/04/2010
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 27/04/2010
- Reasons: Sseasoned issue
Information on share purchase rights of outstanding shareholders:
+ Stock type: No transfer restriction
+ Share price : VND 11,000 per share
+ Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right
+ Exercise rate: 10 : 3 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 03 new share for every 10 rights they own. The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit). The odd lot shares and shares unsold will be determined by the Board of Directors in terms of price and subject of the offering.
+ Time for transfer of share purchase rights: From 14/05/2010 to 04/06/2010.
+ Time of registration for purchase: From 14/05/2010 to 09/6/2010
+ The owner of share purchase rights can transfer his rights once to another person through negotiation, The rights transferred can not be transferred to the third party.
+ Place:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: VINAVICO investment, construction and mining JSC on working days (From Monday to Saturday).
Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of on 28/04; 29/04 and 04/05/2010.
