CPC: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

CPC announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Cantho Pesticides Joint-stock Company

- Stock code: CPC

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 29/4/2010

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 27/4/2010

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 16% (Shareholders receive VND 1,600 for every 01 share they own)

+ Exercise date: 20/05/2010

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Cantho Pesticides Joint-stock Company on working days since 20/05/2010. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of CPC on 28/04; 29/04 and 04/05/2010.
