- Record date: 23/3/2010

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 19/3/2010

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 7.5% (Shareholders receive VND 750 for every 01 share they own)

+ Exercise date: 12/4/2010

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Viet Nam Industrial & Commercial Securities Joint Stock Company on working days since 12/4/2010, 3 – 4th floor, Ha Thanh Plaza, 102 Thai Thinh, Dong Da, Hanoi. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
