Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire And Cable Joint Stock Company (TAYA VIETNAM) has announced a personnel change as follows:

* Ms. Yang Pi Chi resigned from the Chief Accountant as from March 01, 2010 because of her health.

* Appointing Mr. Hung Chung Ming as the Chief Accountant to replace Ms. Yang Pi Chi as from March 01, 2010.
