SFC: Personnel change

Saigon Fuel Company (SFC) has announced a personnel change as follows:

* Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Phuc Dai from a member of the BOD as from February 28, 2010.

* Appointing Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chanh – a Deputy CEO as a member of the BOD to replace Mr. Le Phuc Dai as from March 01, 2010.

* The position will be appointed again in the 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting expected on April 17, 2010.
