SJS: Resolution on contents of general meeting
The Board of Directors of Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved contents of the 2010 Annual General Meeting as follows:
1. Meeting date: April 10, 2010.
2. Meeting venue: National Conference Center, My Dinh, Tu Liem, Ha Noi.
3. Contents:
- Report on business operations in 2009.
- Report on business plan for 2010.
- Audited Financial Statements; Profit distribution plan, dividend, funds in 2009; Compensation for members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors; Choosing an auditing company in 2010.
- Report of the Board of Directors.
- Report of the Board of Supervisors.
- Adjustment in the Company’s Regulations.
- Others.
The Board of Directors authorized Mr. Vu Hong Su, a BOD member, to be Head of Organization Board for the 2010 Annual General Meeting.
