SJS: Resolution on 5% dividend payment
The Board of Directors of Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (SUDICO) decided:
1. To close the shareholder list to pay the 2009 dividend in advance and hold the 2010 Annual General Meeting:

- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Record date: March 18, 2010
2. To continue paying the 2009 dividend in advance:
