* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: March 24, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on March 24 & 25, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)
* Record date: March 26, 2010
* The meeting time and meeting venue will be noticed later.
* Contents of the meeting:
- Report on business operations in 2009, and plan for 2010;
- Dividend payment plan for 2009;

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for MCV on March 25, 26 & 29, 2010.
