Vinamilk to buy back stock

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (VINAMILK) will repurchase stock as follows:

* Listed company: Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (VINAMILK)

* Stock symbol: VNM

* Number of treasury shares before trading: 15,320 shares

* (Because the Company had a mistake in record, the right number of treasury shares before the purchase transaction of 910 shares from 3/18/2010 to 6/18/2010 is 15,320 shares.)

* Number of shares registered to buy back: 340 shares

* Purpose: To buy shares from the employees who left Vinamilk.

* Trading method: Not through the trading floor.

* Trading period: From March 24, 2010 to June 24, 2010.
