- Dividend payout ratio 2009 in cash: 8% (Shareholders will receive VND 1,200 for every 01 share they own)

- Annual general meeting of shareholders

+ Place: Trade Union – Tourist Hotel, 139 Nguyen Thai Binh, Ward 3, Tan An City, Long An

- Mr. Le Phuoc will not hold Chair of the Board since 1/5/2010.
