The Vietnam National General Export - Import JSC No.1 announces the Board Resolution approved on 12/3/2010 as follows:

1. Operating results 2009:

- Total revenue: VND 1,179,314,381,991

- Profit before tax: VND 80,107,568,279

- Profit after tax: VND 78,994,742,934

- Dividend payout ratio: 20%

2. 2010 Plan:

- Revenue: VND 1,300 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 67.5 billion

- Profit after tax: VND 60 billion

- Dividend payout ratio: 15% - 20%.
