Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (KHADIHOUSE JSC) has announced the capital distribution increased in a subsidiary as follows:

* Company name: Khu Dong Real Estate Business and Investment Joint Stock Company (*)

* Business License No. 0309344729 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of HCMC. on September 08, 2009 and registered for the fourth change on February 26, 2010.

* Charter capital: VND160,000,000,000

* Address: Fl. 6 Centec Building 72-74 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai St., Ward 6, Dist. 3, HCMC.

* Business: Trading real estate, building kinds of houses and road constructions.

* Ratio of capital distribution of KHADIHOUSE JSC at Khu Dong Real Estate Business and Investment Joint Stock Company changed third on December 24, 2009 was 35% of charter capital equivalent to VND56,000,000,000.

* Ratio of capital distribution of KHADIHOUSE JSC at Khu Dong Real Estate Business and Investment Joint Stock Company changed fourth on February 26, 2010 is 54.5% of charter capital equivalent to VND87,200,000,000.
