DIG: The business results of the parent company in Q4/2009

Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp.) has announced the business results of the parent company in quarter 4/2009 as follows:

* In the financial statements of the parent company, total revenue reached VND416 billion and accumulation revenue in 2009 was VND1,212 billion. Profit after tax in quarter 4/2009 reached VND180.8 billion and accumulation profit in 2009 was VND593.66 billion (179.9% of the 2009 plans – VND330 billion)

* On 05 March 2010, the BOD of DIC Corp. recorded the shareholder list for the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting expected in the beginning of April 2010.
