KDC: KDC changes the meeting date of the 2010 General Meeting

Kinh Do Corporation has announced the change of the meeting date of the 2010 Annual General Meeting as follows:

* New meeting date: 8:30am, May 8, 2010 (Instead of April 17, 2010 as announced)

* Meeting venue: Sofitel Plaza Sai Gon Hotel, 17 Le Duan, District 1, Hochiminh City.  

Reason: to prepare contens of the meeting, especially the issues relating to the merger of KDC, NKD and KIDO.
