ITA: ITA changes the meeting date of the 2010 General Meeting

Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation (ITACO) has announced the change of the meeting date of the 2010 Annual General Meeting as follows:

* New meeting date: 14:00pm, April 22, 2010 (Instead of April 16, 2010 as announced)

* Meeting venue: Tan Duc Sky, Tan Duc Industrial Zone, Long An Province.

Reason: The Chairman of the Board of Directors has a overseas business trip, so can not attend in time.
