IMP: Information on the 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting

Imexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (IMEXPHARM) has announced information of the 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:

1. Meeting time: 08:30am March 26, 2010

2. Venue: The Labor Culture House of Dong Thap Province – Ngo Thoi Nham St., Ward 1, Coa Lanh City, Dong Thap Province.

3. Objects: Shareholders in the list recorded on February 29, 2010

4. Shareholders of groups of shareholders owning 10% continuously in 06 months and over can suggest items in the meeting. The suggestions have to send to the company within 03 days before the meeting date.

5. Shareholders, who can not attend the meeting, can authorize others to attend the meeting.

6. The related documents will be posted on the website: http://www.imexpharm.com.

7. Please send confirmation of attendance to the company before 04:30pm March 23, 2010.
