ITC: The BOD’s resolution

Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company (INTRESCO) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approving the 2010 business results:

* Revenue: VND993,317 billion including:

+ Housing trading: VND688,747 billion

+ Erection: VND210,000 billion

+ Services of properties and finance: VND94,570 billion

* Profit after tax: VND190,531 billion

Article 2: Members in the BOD and the CEO have to implement the resolution.

Article 3: The resolution is valid as from March 19, 2010.
