FPT Securities Joint Stock Company (FPTS) has announced a personnel change as follows:

* Discharging Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam – the Chairman of the BOD.

* Appointing additionally Mr. Do Son Giang as a Member in the BOD.

* Appointing Mr. Nguyen Diep Tung as the Chirman of the BOD to replace Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam in 2007-2012.
