Viettranimex Securities Incorporation (VSI) has announced a personnel change as follows:

* Appointing the new BOD:

- Mr. Kieu Huu Dung as the Chairman

- Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh resigned the Chairman of the BOD and appointed as a Deputy Chairman

- Mr. Nguyen Duc Huong as a Deputy Chairman

- Mr. Tran Viet Trung – a Member of the BOD

* Approving resignation of the following members in the BOD:

- Mr. Phan The Rue

- Ms. Cao Thi Hao

- Mr. Pham Huy Thong

* Discharging Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung from the CEO as from February 25, 2010.

* Appointing Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh as the CEO as from March 15, 2010.
