* Charter capital: VND5,000,000,000

* Head office: 152 Nguyen An Ninh St., Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu Dist., Can Tho City

* Legal representative: Mr. Le Van Toan – the Chairman of the BOD and Director

* Business: Import-export, trading medicines, eqipments, tools, dietary supplement and cosmetic.

* Starting operation in quarter 1/2010.
