BTP: Explanation for some figures in the 2009 financial statements
Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (BTP) has announced some figures in the 2009 unaudited statements as follows:
* The account of owner’s equity (Code 411) in the ending balance was VND615,822,974,548 and difference of the 2008 ending balance and the company’s charter capital (VND604,856,000,000).
* Reason: after adjusting to the result of Finace Ministry, Industry & Trade Ministry and Vietnam Electricity (EVN). The difference of VND10,966,874,548 between owner’s equity and the company’s charter capital has waited for EVN’s solution to compensate for the receivable account to EVN.
* When BTP receives the official capital finalization, the company will adjust in the audited statements.
