DHA: Information on dividend and bonus shares

On March 17, 2010, the Board of Directors of Hoa An Joint Stock Company held a meeting and unanimously approved to pay dividend in stock for the second installment of 2009, issue bonus shares to existing shareholders and submit the 2010 Annual General Meeting being held on April 22, 2010, as follows:

* Paying stock dividend for the second installment of 2009: 10% (The first installment was made in cash).

* Issuing bonus shares to the existing shareholder at a rate of 2:1 (At the record date, each shareholder owning 02 shares will receive 01 new bonus share).
