ACC: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders

ACC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 24/03/2010. The following resolutions were approved: Seasoned issue plan as follow:

1. Volume of issuance

- Volume: 4,000,000 shares

- Type: Common

- Face value: VND 10,000

2. Purpose of issuance: Investing for machines, equipments and paying for land renting

3. Detail of seasoned issue:

- Placing for current shareholders: 3,840,000 shares with exercise rate is 100 : 64 (Current shareholders will have the right to buy 64 new shares for every 100 shares they own).

- Placing for workers and staff: 160,000 shares.
