VTV: Change in Representative for State-owned Equity and Director

Cement Materials and Transportation JSC announced that:

- Change in Representative for State-owned Equity: Mr. Ly Tan Hue – Deputy General Manager of Vietnam Cement industrial corporation - represents VND 19,500,000,000 (30% of State-owned equity) of VTV held by Vietnam Cement industrial corporation.

-  Change in director: Mr. Ly Tan Hue will hold director of the company in place of Mr Vu Van Hiep with effect since 11/1/2010.
