SBT: Information of the consolidated financial statements in quarter 4/2009

Suciété De Bourbon Tay Ninh (SBT) has announced information of the consolidated financial statements in quarter 4/2009 as follows:

* On the quarter 4/2009 statements of the parent company, there was an account of investments in subsidiaries (Tay Ninh Sugar-Cane Seed Experimenting and Growing Center (*)) with 80% capital contribution rate (VND4.8 billion).

* However, basing on the consultancy of audit firm, the account was not reasonable because the center operates on a co-operation contract, under TayNinh Sugar Corporation and had not the business license. Therefore, the center is not recorded to be a subsidiary of SBT and STB will not prepare the consolidated financial statements for quarter 4/2009.
