* Ex-right date: February 05, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 05 & 08, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date: February 09, 2010

* Purpose: Collecting the shareholders’ agreements by letters for paying dividend in shares and offering shares to increase charter capital

* Implement time: From February 24, 2010 to March 24, 2010
