- Par value: VND10,000

- Ex-right date: February 12, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 12 & 22, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

- Record date: February 23, 2010

- Purpose: For the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting

- Meeting time: 02:00pm on March 26, 2010

- Venue: White Palace Convention Center - 194 Hoang Van Thu St., Ward 9, Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC.

- Contents:

+ Approving the 2009 financial statements

+ Collecting the shareholders’ agreements in the 2009 plan of profit distribution

+ Collecting the shareholders’ agreements in the 2010 business plan

+ Approving the compensations and bonus for the BOD and the Supervisory Board

- Objects: All shareholders are in the record date. The shareholders who cannot joint the meeting can authorize other shareholders or the BOD or the Supervisory Board.

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for VTB on February 22, 23 & 24, 2010.
