TMT: The record date for dividend payment

HOSE announces the record date for dividend payment of TMT Automobile Joint Stock Company (TMT Motor., JSC) as follows:

* Stock symbol: TMT

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND10,000

* Ex-right date: February 10, 2010

* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 10 & 11, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date: February 12, 2010

* Purpose: Paying the 2009 dividend in cash, issuing additionally shares to the existing shareholders and holding the 2010 shareholders’ meeting

* Paying the 2009 dividend in cash:

* Payment ratio: 25% / par value (VND2,500/share)

* Payment date: March 10, 2010

* Issuing additionally shares to the existing shareholders:

* Exercise ratio: 4:1 (A shareholder owning 01 share will receive 01 right and owning 04 rights will be allowed to buy 01 new share)

* The additionally issued shares will be rounded down. The fraction shares and unsold shares (if any) will be sold to other investors at the price which is decided by the BOD but not lower than the price for the existing shareholders.

* Expected issue volume: 3,144,375 shares

* For example, at the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 3,550 shares, the calculation as follows:

* The number of shares distributed in theory: 3,550 shares *1 / 4 = 887.5 shares

* The number of shares in practice: 887 shares

* The 0.5 share will be sold to other investors at the price higher than the price for the existing shareholders.

* The right to buy shares is transferred only once.

* Issue price: VND15,000/share

* Time for right transference: From March 04, 2010 to March 29, 2010

* Time for registering and depositing money to purchase shares: from March 04, 2010 to March 31, 2010

* Expected trading date: In May 2010

* Additional issued shares are transferable.

* Implementation place:

* Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

* Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At TMT Motor., JSC.

* Holding the 2010 shareholders’ meeting:

* Meeting time: In April 2010

* Venue: Announcing later

* Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for TMT on February 11, 12 & 22, 2010.
