VHG: Explanation for submitting statements late

Viet - Han Corporation (VIET - HAN CORP) has explained for submitting the quarter 4/2009 financial statements late as follows:

* On January 20, 2010, the company finished the quarter 4/2009 financial statements. However, a server of VIET - HAN CORP broke down and could not output results.

* The company expected to fix it and submit the statements on time but the fixing was out of the company’s expectation. Therefore, the company submitted the statements late 04 days and did not announce to public on time.
