KBC: Information on international convertible bond

Kinhbac City Development Share Holding Corporation (KBC) announced international convertible bond in 2010 as follows:

On January 27th 2010, at the World Economic Forum in Davos - Switzerland, KBC’s Chairman signed a US$200-million credit contract with Credit Suisse, one of the world’s leading banks.

According to the agreement between Credit Suisse and KBC, the bonds will be convertible bonds with an interest rate from 6 percent to 6.2 percent per year and the convertible price will be equal to 130% of market price of KBC stock. This amount will be used to finance main projects in 2010.
